How to sign in

OnlyAI uses Google sign-in — there is no separate username or password to create.

1. Go to the OnlyAI login page.
2. Click Continue with Google.
3. Choose or confirm your Google account.
4. You’ll be redirected automatically after a successful sign-in.

First-time access: the waiting room

If this is your first time signing in and you haven’t been added to an agency yet, you’ll land on the onboarding waiting room instead of the dashboard.

This is normal. Access to the dashboard requires an administrator to assign you to an agency first.

The waiting room page shows four steps:

1. ✅ Account created — your Google sign-in was successful.
2. ✅ Identity verified — your account is recognized.
3. ⏳ Agency assignment — waiting for an admin to add you to an agency.
4. 🔒 Dashboard access — unlocks automatically once the assignment is done.

The page checks automatically every 30 seconds and will redirect you to the dashboard as soon as access is granted. You don’t need to refresh manually.

Tip

While you wait, you can leave the tab open in the background and come back to it — the auto-redirect will still fire.

Returning users

If you’ve already been assigned to an agency, signing in will take you straight to the dashboard. No waiting room needed.

Signing out

Click your user avatar or initial in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar, then select Sign out.
