Automation Settings
The Automation section displays the main AI operating parameters. Here you can see:
- whether the model is active or inactive
- whether sales are enabled (Sales Enabled)
- whether the All Send Warm-Up function is active

Below are the main limits and restrictions for Full Chatting.
First PPV — earliest
The minimum number of messages after which the bot can send its first PPV.
For example, if the range is set to 5–8, the bot will send the first PPV no earlier than after 5–8 messages.
First PPV — send by
The maximum number of messages by which the bot should send its first PPV.
If the bot has not sent a PPV by this point, it will send one automatically. If both fields are left empty, this limit will not be applied.
Warmup — earliest
The minimum number of messages after which the bot can send a warmup message.
A warmup is a teaser message sent before a PPV to make the offer feel more natural.
Warmup — send by
The maximum number of messages by which the bot should send a warmup message.
If the bot has not sent a warmup by this point, it will send one automatically. If both fields are left empty, this limit will not be applied.
Sale Limit
Defines the spend limit up to which the AI continues communicating with the fan independently.
For example, if the limit is set to 100$, the AI will continue chatting and selling to the fan until this spend amount is reached. After reaching the limit, the chat can be transferred to a manager or chatter depending on the settings.

AI Memory
Description
This setting controls the AI memory for a model.
When enabled, the bot stops saving new information about fans from new conversations. Previously stored data is not deleted and will continue to be used in existing conversations.
The setting only affects conversations created after it is enabled.
Default: Disabled.

Chat Exits
The Chat Exits section allows you to configure the situations in which the bot should continue a conversation instead of ending it automatically. By default, the bot exits the conversation when one of these scenarios occurs. Enabling the corresponding toggle changes this behavior and keeps the conversation active.
Keep chatting: broke fans
When enabled, the bot continues chatting with fans who say they don't have money to purchase content instead of automatically ending the conversation.
Keep chatting: non-photo media
When enabled, the bot continues the conversation if a fan sends a video, voice message, or another type of media attachment instead of automatically ending the conversation.
Keep chatting: bot suspicion
When enabled, the bot continues the conversation if a fan suspects they are talking to a bot instead of automatically ending the conversation. The operator will still receive a notification about the bot suspicion.
Keep chatting: custom requests
When enabled, the bot continues the conversation if a fan requests custom content instead of automatically ending the conversation.
Keep chat open: send/processing errors
When enabled, the conversation will not be automatically closed if the bot fails to process a request or send a message after all retry attempts. Instead, the chat remains open, and the operator receives a notification about the processing error.

VIP Club
If the model has a VIP Club, this section allows you to add additional information about it:
- club description
- price
- content folder
- information about benefits and bonuses
When requested by a fan, the AI will be able to automatically provide information about the VIP Club, explain what is included in the subscription, what content is available, what benefits the user will receive, and under what conditions access is provided.

Data Retention
This setting allows you to automatically delete conversation data after a specified period. It is disabled by default. When enabled, a field appears where you can specify the data retention period in days, along with a confirmation pop-up warning about the consequences of automatic data deletion. Once the specified retention period has expired, conversation data for the model will be permanently removed from the database, provided the setting remained enabled during that period. If the setting is disabled, no changes are made and the data continues to be stored.

The user profile icon is located in the top-right corner.
By clicking on it, you can:
