PPV Folders

What are PPV folders?

PPV (pay-per-view) folders are collections of content that the AI sends to fans as paid offers. When the AI detects that a fan is ready to buy, it selects a folder and delivers the content at the configured price.

Creating a PPV folder

1. Navigate to the Content tab for the model.
2. Inside the PPV group, click Add folder.
3. In the sheet that opens, fill in:

• Folder name — a descriptive internal label (fans don't see this).
• Select media — the OnlyFans Vault list containing the media for this folder.
• Price — how much to charge the fan for this content.

1. To automatically fill in the folder description and other settings, click the AI Fill button. AI will analyze the selected content and automatically populate the required fields. After generation, it is recommended to review the result and make any necessary adjustments.
2. Click Create Folder.

The folder is now available for the AI to use.

Pricing ladder

You can configure a pricing ladder within the PPV group — a sequence of folders at different price points. The AI uses this ladder to present escalating offers to fans over time, starting with lower-priced content and moving up.

To set up a ladder, create multiple PPV folders and arrange them in order of price.

TipA well-structured ladder usually starts with a low-cost teaser folder ($5–$10) and escalates to premium content ($30+). This gives the AI natural progression points to work with.

Subfolders

Each PPV folder can have subfolders to further organize content variations (e.g. by theme, format, or intensity). The AI picks from available subfolders based on context.

Click inside a folder to see its subfolders and add more with the + button.

Warm-up and Aftercare for PPV Folders

For PPV folders, content used before and after a sale can be configured separately.

For a regular PPV folder, Teaser media can be added in the Warmup Media section — free content used to warm up the fan before selling the folder.

For each level of the PPV price ladder, you can also configure up to three separate Warmup Media stages. This allows you to gradually warm up fans before selling PPV by spreading free content across multiple stages instead of sending everything at once.

• Warmup Media 1 — add photos or videos for the standard warmup before the sale.
• Warmup Media 2 — add content for the second stage and set a message range (from X to Y) after which the bot can send it.
• Warmup Media 3 — optionally add a third stage and set the message range after the second Warmup Media.

The bot sends Warmup Media sequentially while continuing the conversation with the fan between stages. The timing of each stage is determined based on the conversation context and the configured message range.

If only one Warmup Media stage is configured, the standard warmup logic remains unchanged.

After a level is purchased, Aftercare Media can be configured:

• Bonus media — free content sent after a successful purchase of the level.
• Bonus description — a description of the bonus content that AI uses when sending it.

This allows separate content to be used before and after the sale for different PPV folders and price ladder levels.

Editing or deleting a folder

• Edit — change the name, linked Vault list, or price.
• Delete — remove the folder. This doesn't delete the content from your OnlyFans Vault, only from the OnlyAI library.

CautionDeleting a PPV folder means the AI will no longer use that content. If a fan recently received a message about this content, subsequent interactions may reference a folder that no longer exists.

How the AI selects PPV content

When Sales is turned on for a model, the AI considers the PPV folder structure when deciding what to offer a fan. It uses the pricing ladder and any fan context (e.g. previous purchases) to pick the most appropriate folder.
